Breaking News: Michael Jackson's Death Ruled A Homicide

The L.A. County coroner's office has ruled Michael Jackson's cause of death a homicide according to anonymous sources. This clears the way for manslaughter charges to be brought against Michael's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray.

D.E.A. agents are investigating Michael's personal physician Dr. Arnold Klein. They have served search warrants on an area pharmacy where they believe Klein filled prescriptions for Jackson. Dr. Klein introduced Michael to his assistant Debbie Rowe, whom Michael later married and fathered children with.

  1. Regardless, Michael is never coming back and his death is still so hard to accept. I hope this extremely incompetent "doctor" does pay as well as the other enablers. They saw first hand how bad off Michael was and still no one said anything. Money rules, I guess. Personally, I would have rung the alarm on him long ago and perhaps maybe just maybe we would not have bid him farewell 2 months ago.

  2. the coroner's report has not been released, so anything else is just speculation, not "breaking news" looks like Dr.M is toast

  3. It is breaking news. Now CNN and Yahoo have picked up the story but I saw it here first. Someone from the coroner leaked this info but won't put they name on it so they won't get fired.

  4. How can you blame the doctor when Michael asked for the drugs? He was a drug addict.

  5. Nobody put a gun to this doctor's head and made him give drugs to Michael Jackson. He had options, but he chose to serve himself through the convenience of money. He was supposed to be a medical professional and yet he repeatedly administered dangerous substances without a conscience and then left his patient unmonitored while he casually took his time making phone calls. This doctor could have said NO! he could have done a lot of things right, but he didn't and I can't blame Michael for that. He was ill and all everybody around him did was help him in the grave to keep their check coming.

  6. We all know now that Michael was an addict, sadly. But, the drugs Michael was receiving were ones he could not get without help. Those around saw first hand how bad Michael was and did nothing to help him. If Michael asked for a hole in head wouldn't the doctor be just as responsible for his death if he gave that to him? Just because Michael asked it doesn't mean he should have received it.

This man was a practicing professional and he lowered his standards to become an educated drug dealer. With his credentials he may have been able to get a court order and have Michael made to go to rehab. But, instead.....money was more important.

  7. Well a lot of them who helped kill him have lost their paycheck now. His doctor, nurse, cook, manager and others are out of a damn job and will have a hard time getting another one because they keep opening their damn mouths every chance they get.

  8. People just used Michael and used him until they used him up. His body and his spirit couldn't take it anymore just knowing all people saw when they looked at him was dollar signs instead of a living breathing man.

  9. This doctor won't make it trial. Either he is going to kill himself or someone is going to kill him.
