Katherine can challenge the will

A probate judge has ruled Katherine Jackson will not jeopardize her inheritance by challenging the standing of Michael Jackson's estate administrators John McClain and John Branca. Advocates for Mrs. Jackson have suggested the special administrators may have exerted undue influence over Michael during his last years in order to gain control over his estate in the event of his death. She insists she should be given decision-making powers over the estate alongside McClain and Branca. Attorneys for Mrs. Jackson have been reluctant to directly challenge the standing of the special administrators because her son's will contains a 'no contest' clause stating any beneficiary who challenges the will will lose their standing as an heir to the estate.

  3. Latoya, Joe, Jermaine and the other brothers have no other means of support.. Now that Michael is gone they figure they can lay a guilt trip on momma. Hell she is already raising what, half her grandchildren in that house.

  4. I agree that Katherine should be given some authority over the estate, BUT she can't handle that kind of responsibility. All them money grubbers are living with her now and can't wait to manipulate ole Katie. Michael knew better than to give any of his family members that much power over his money, including Janet. I don't exactly trust these administrators, but it's better than the Jackson clan's greedy hooves.

  5. ^I agree with you. I didn't like the idea of the special administrators at first but after seeing how most of the Jacksons acted in the months after Michael's death I understand why he appointed them. He loves his mother but knows her weakness is her children. She will give in to them every time because she feels guilty about all they had to go through.
